APPOINTMENTS

What to expect?

Seeing a new psychologist can be daunting, especially if it’s the first time you’ve tried therapy. Typically, sessions are 50mins long. I offer both face-to-face and Telehealth appointments – please make sure you indicate your preference when booking.

Please note that I am required to comply with all current COVID-19 guidelines as set by the government, which are often more stringent in healthcare settings (e.g. masks may be required for face-to-face sessions, even if not mandated in the community or public settings).

In your first session we will cover a lot of ground; including what brought you to therapy, what your background/family/early years were like (and everything in-between!), how you experience relationships with others, how you experience yourself, and what you’d like to get out of therapy.

Please check with my friendly admin team for current availability.

HOW TO BOOK

Connection...

The energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement; and when they deride sustenance and strength from the relationship.
